Making a payment

If you are a new customer we require a proforma payment on all initial orders placed with our company. In some circumstances a 50% deposit is sufficient. If you have an account with us our terms are 30 days net.

Credit card security and online ordering

All internet transactions are handled by Pay Pal which is one of the most trusted names for online payment security (www.paypal.com).

Ink Coverage

If you require 100% ink coverage on your product we cannot guarantee against ink rub off, even though our inks are permanent and quality controlled. Varnish will not give 100% protection against mild solvents.

Order excess and deficiency

We reserve the right to deliver against any order an excess or deficiency of up to 10% weight, thickness, volume and/or quantity ordered and to invoice accordingly unless specified in any other signed and agreed document.

Anti-Dumping Duty

Due to the European commisions possibility of implementing an anti-dumping duty on polythene bags from the Far East, we cannot be liable for any duties that maybe relevant to goods being imported on the customers behalf. Therefore any goods being imported will be subject to any duty incurred plus v.a.t.

Amendments to orders

We will only accept amendments made upto 24 hours following the signed confirmation of order. The customer is responsible for all costs due to amendments made after this period. The same applies to cancellation of order.

Printing plates

All printing plates for each reference are stocked free of charge for a period of one-year following the last order date. Postage will be charged for returns.

Unloading and Discharging of Goods

We shall not be responsible for the proper unloading or discharging of goods delivered pursuant to this contract, when the goods have been removed from the vehicle transporting them.

Confirmation of Order

The confirmation of order is a binding agreement. Once signed by the customer we proceed to make the specified product.
