| Why are your bags cheaper than other UK manufacturers and suppliers? |
Grahams Paper & Polythene Ltd are constantly sourcing new factories on a global basis to get the very best prices from all around the world. Also we don’t pay out any sales person’s commission and web sales keep costs down - all helping us to pass the low prices on to you. |

Once you have signed your order conformation form you will be liable for any charges incurred up to the time you cancel your order. That could be artwork, printing plates, printed film or paper already manufactured. |

 |
| Can I get a printed sample as a proof before production? |
Yes. However for small orders it may not be worth doing this because it is quite expensive and 9 times out of 10 approving a positional artwork proof is sufficient. |

| Can you match ink colours that I want on my packaging? |
Yes. We use pantone matching reference colours and there are thousands of colours to choose from. If your colour is not in there then we can have ink specially made. |

Yes, in fact we like it when people send us a bag to match because then we have something exact to work from. |

 |
| What if I receive a different amount of goods than what I asked for? |
We keep to a 10% tolerance rule, as sometimes the machines used to print can be a little inaccurate at stopping when supposed to. This means that the amount you order could be 10% under or 10% over the requested amount. Generally the quantity you ask for is the quantity you receive and you are only invoiced for the amount you receive also. |

| My company has an excellent credit rating, why do I have to pre-pay for my order? |
All new customers are required to pay for their goods with a pro-forma payment. After your initial order we can set up a 30-day credit account if all is satisfactory. |

| We have had quality issues with other printed packaging companies in the past. How can we be assured of quality within your company? |
We have been accredited as an official ISO9002 quality assured firm for over a decade. This means that we have a vigorous procedure from paper work and printing right through to delivery and after sales customer care. Nothing is produced until each stage of our quality mandate has been completed which makes it virtually impossible to make mistakes. (see quality assurance certificate) |
